We understand that life happens, and sometimes a cancellation or reschedule is inevitable. A late change under 24hrs, however, prevents another client from booking that time slot and costs your therapist income.
The following fees are payable at MBS.
- Cancelled or Rescheduled + 24hrs No charge
- Rescheduled/Cancelled -24hrs (day before session) 50% deposit payable
- Rescheduled/Cancelled -24hrs (day of session) 100% payable
- No Show 100% payable
If a wellness massage pack appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, that session is deducted from the pack.
Note:
Fees are always payable whether you have confirmed your appointment or not. If you can't attend, please text or call us so we can remove your booking. No charge if cancelled or rescheduled over 24hrs.
