Cancellation Policy

Dear MBS client,

We understand at MBS that life happens! and due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes the cancellation or reschedule of a service is inevitable. However this pre allocated booking has prevented another client from booking that time slot who otherwise would have attended the session. A late cancellation or reschedule of a treatment under 24hrs also means your Massage Therapist who has allocated time for you, would otherwise have lost income.

The following fees are payable at MBS.

• Cancelled or Rescheduled over 24hrs – No charge
• Rescheduled/Cancelled -24hrs (day before session) – 50% deposit payable
• Rescheduled/Cancelled -24hrs (day of session) – 100% payable
• No Show – 100% payable
• Fees above are payable also when a booking is made on a Massage Pack where a deposit has not been left to confirm the booking.

NOTE: Fees are still payable wether you have confirmed your booking with the mandatory 50% deposit or not. If you can’t attend your appointment for what ever reason, please text/call us so we can cancel your booking from the booking system. No charge if Cancelled or Rescheduled over 24hrs.
