Cancellation Fees

* No charge if cancelled 24 hours outside of booking time. 

*100% charge of booking if cancelled within 24 hours.

* 50% charge of total booking if cancelled within 24 hours the day before. 

* No show. 100% payable.

Gift Cards 

* Gift cards are valid Mon-Fri (9am-7pm) Sat-Sun (1030-5pm)

* Gift cards may be used on weekends.

* 24hrs booking in advance required. 

* Gift cards have 6 months validity.

* Gift cards are non-refundable.

Remedial Massage / Dry Needling Packs

* Packs are valid Mon-Fri (9am-7pm) 

* Packs can be upgraded to Sat/Sun with the balance of full rate being payable.

* Packs can not be used in conjunction with other promotions or online discounts. 

* Packs have 6 months Validity for 5pack and 12 months for 10pack.

* Massage packs are non refundable.

NOTE: All add on therapies must be booked in conjunction with a Remedial/Swedish Combination Massage or Dry Needling (Min 30min)
