CUPPING: A Traditional Egyptian and Chinese medicine therapy in which cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction to release muscle tensions, promote and stimulate blood flow and energy.

HOT STONES: A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It's used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.

THERAGUN: The Theragun aids in the ability to promote recovery after injury or intense activity by improving blood flow to the area. Precisely targeting small and large muscles with deep percussive pressure provides other recovery-related benefits, including: Decreasing muscle pain, nerve pain and tension.

BODY BRUSHING: This treatments benefits may include stimulating the lymphatic system, exfoliating the skin and removing dead skin cells, removing toxins, opening pores, increasing circulation, help with digestion, improve circulation, relieve stress, help ingrown hairs and increase energy.

EMT: Electronic Muscle Therapy for temporary relief of pain by applying a current to the muscle tissue whilst stimulating the nerve.

STRETCHING: (PNF) Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a stretching technique utilised to improve muscle elasticity and has been shown to have a positive effect on active and passive range of motions.

DRY NEEDLING: Dry needling is a treatment used where we insert very fine filament sterile needles (acupuncture needle) into tissues, in order to stimulate a healing effect.
